In East Freshwater Pond today aGoshawk successfully caught a prey, provably a duck.
This event seemed to lure thescavengers. Large-billed Crows, BlackKites and a Common Buzzard gathered around the Goshawk and the hawk, interestingly, spread its wings as if manage to hide the prey from them.
